In the Briq Funnel, a booking is automatically converted into a quote / concept booking when the number of visitors entered exceeds the maximum number of people in the activity.

Example: You can go kart for a maximum amount of 12 people in one heat at a time. In the funnel, a booker chooses a group of 13 or more people. At that time, Briq does not know how this booking can be placed, since there are several planable options (divide the group into two, divide the group into several smaller groups, etc.).

The booking therefore changes from a definitive booking into a quotation / concept booking. The customer can complete the steps in the funnel, but the funnel clearly indicates that it concerns a quatation request and not a reservation. The reception / support department of your organization can then contact the booker to convert the booking into a definitive reservation.
