It is possible that an online booking will receive the status "Concept" in Briq.app. This happens when the chosen number of people exceeds the maximum capacity of the activity. The scheduler doesn't know how to divide this group size over different timeslots.
The customer can complete the booking, but the funnel clearly indicates that it concerns a quotation request and not a reservation. An employee can then pick up this request, have contact with the customer and convert the status to a complete booking (activate the booking).
