We use the following three times which can be configured when creating a new activity:

  1. One time lead-in
The time it takes for the activity to start up prior to the first session.
For example: briefing and getting changed takes 10 minutes the first time when you play the activity.

Note: when there's also a permanent lead in time, you have fill the one time lead in like this:  one time lead in - permanent lead in.
These two times are added together the first time the activity is scheduled.
  2. Permanent lead-in
The time it takes for the activity to start up every time the activity starts.
For example: get in (in case of go-kart).
  3. Reset time
The time needed to reset the activity after it has come to an end.
For example: when something has to be cleaned up or set up before the next people can start this activity.
