The following three times can be set up when configuring an activity:

  1. One time lead-in
The number of minutes that is needed prior to the first session. This is meant for any actions that your guests are required to do before participating for the first time in the activity.
Example: before your guests can partake in their first go-karting activity, they receive safety instructions. They only receive these instructions once, no matter how often they do go-karting.

Note: when you also configure a permanent lead-in, this will be added after your one-time lead-in, as you can see in the example image below. Only the first time this activity is scheduled, these two lead-in times will be added together.

  2. Permanent lead-in
The number of minutes that is needed prior to each session. This is meant for any actions that your guests are required to do, no matter how often they do this activity.
Example: before your guests can partake in their go-karting activity, they will have to change their outfit, put on a helmet and get into the go-kart. They will have to do these actions every time they do go-karting.

Note: when you also configure a one-time lead-in, this will be added before your permanent lead-in, as you can see in the example image. Only the first time this activity is scheduled, these two lead-in times will be added together.

  3. Reset time
The time needed to reset the activity after it has come to an end.
For example: when something has to be cleaned up or set up before the next participants can start this activity.
